Good morning everyone, as part of the staff development here at The GPS Store our sales people all reported to work an hour early to learn about Down and SideView as well as CHIRP this morning from our Garmin Rep. It was interesting to me as transducer performance was explained and what transducers do what functions. Also there is more coming that will be announced at the Miami Boat show. The training was geared to their new Striker line of fishfinders and the new EchoMap CHIRP combination units of which the 7 and 9 inch models will support the Panoptix transducers. Well I am off until Monday so those of you in the path of winter storm Jonas, I hope you stocked up with food and drinks enough to last for a few days because it looks like a real bad one.
